Incredible Ravel

This is one of those “wow” pieces - incredible rhythmic vitality, variety of instrumental colors, and overall musical arc. Ravel’s music sometimes gets panned for sounding too cinematic, and many think that’s because it had such a profound influence on movies. Indeed, this track still gets used frequently in film, which I believe is a testament to how remarkably fresh Ravel sounds today.
