Buffalo Brussels

  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast

  • 1 teaspoon sriracha

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • About 20 brussels sprouts, halved

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium bowl, stir together the nutritional yeast, hot sauce, vinegar, and 3 tablespoons water.

  3. Add the brussels sprouts to the bowl, stir until coated, and then spread on the prepared pan. These will brown with the cut side facing up or down. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until nicely browned.
