Fettuccine with Spinach Pesto

This is a great recipe for pesto when you don’t have any fresh basil nor any frozen basil pesto. You can always have frozen spinach on hand, and some dried herbs to add Italian flavor.

You can have pesto flavor even in winter—but this is good any time of year.
