One ingredient dessert

I made and froze some very flavorful applesauce last fall. I put a container in the fridge yesterday to defrost it but when it came time to eat it, the applesauce was still frosty - it was SO good - a little granita-like, I bet it will be a refreshing dessert or snack in the summer heat.
